Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to Italy and to the European Union. We do not currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, or anywhere outside the EU.

Dispatch

We are a small operation and every order is packed by hand.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. During a drop it can take longer, and if it does we will say so on the product page before you buy.

You will get a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times and costs

The times below are working days after dispatch, not calendar days.

Italy
€7,90. Free on orders over €75. 3 to 7 working days.

Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain
€12,90. Free on orders over €120. 5 to 10 working days.

Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
€22,90. 7 to 14 working days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and public holidays can push them out.

Customs and duties

All our orders ship within the European Union, so there are no customs charges and nothing extra to pay on delivery.

If something goes wrong

Parcel not arrived? Check your tracking first. If it has not moved for 5 working days, email support@madenew.club with your order number and we will open a case with the carrier.

Wrong address? Email us immediately. Once a parcel has been dispatched we usually cannot change it.

Parcel arrived damaged? Photograph it before opening if you can, and email us within 48 hours.
